Bryant Scaife, Sr.
Bryant is the founder and president of B.E. Scaife Plumbing Company, Inc., a thriving skilled plumbing shop. In 2013, thirteen years after the inception of B. E. Scaife, Bryant pursued his 8(a) certification as well as his Veteran-Owned business certification through the SBA. TamCo Services, Inc., which is a DBA of B.E. Scaife Plumbing Company, Inc., was formed to pursue Federal contracts. Bryant has over 25 years of experience in the construction and plumbing industry, building business relationships with large corporations and key members of the Government. Larry Myers, Sr.
Larry is a key Project Manager/Estimator for TamCo. Larry brings a wealth of knowledge and talent to the team with over 30 years of project management in many different sectors of the Government. His ability to communicate and manage projects effectively and efficiently has in turn created relationships with customers that repeatedly return to us for other projects they need a quality contractor for.
Otis was hired by TamCo Services after acquiring a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and is currently progressing towards a second bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Over the past years, he has learned various aspects of the company and has matured into the Project Coordinator position. Otis has plans on incorporating more technology into various aspects of the business.
The Project Assistant for TamCo Services for a number of years. Key roles include facilitation of communication within each project team and performing notable tasks such as scheduling, progress reports, account receivable tasks, contract solidification, sorting and filing important documentation along with countless additional tasks necessary. As budgets are limiting, the project assist role is key to establishing and maintaining company goals.
Tracey is a Senior Accountant for TamCo. She oversees daily reconciliation of bank activity and billings for multiple projects. She is knowledgeable of AIA forms and each customers' preferred paperwork. Tracey manages the change order procedures with other interoffice personnel. She also prepares weekly payroll submissions through the ADP Workforce and sets up new employees as necessary. Tracey also monitors payables and due dates for bills and cuts checks weekly. She also maintains relationships with insurance brokers, insurance carriers, auditors, and facilitates annual audits and insurance package renewal meetings.
